Aesculus hippocastanum:

It acts on the lower bowel and veins. Arnica cured blind and bleeding piles associated with sharp pains etc.

Arnica Montana:

Arnica affects the venous system, including hemorrhage (escape of blood from a ruptured blood vessel) and stasis (state of inactivity). Arnica cured varicose veins, piles, tenesmus (recurrent inclination to evacuate the bowels), injuries caused due to trauma, etc.

Calcarea Fluorica:

Calcarea Fluorica cured varicose veins and piles like enlarged and varicose veins, fissures (long, narrow opening or line of breakage) and itching of anus, bleeding piles and weakness of connective tissue and venous walls.

Carduus Marianus:

Carduus Marianus cured varicose veins, ulcers, bleeding hemorrhoids, hard stool, prolapsed the rectum, and burning pain.

Collinsonia Canadensis:

Collinsonia Canadensis cured portal and pelvic congestion, constipation, piles, diarrhea, etc.

Dosage:

Aesculus Pentarkan for acute complaints 10 to 20 drops should be taken at hourly intervals until improvement occurs, up to a maximum of 12 times d day. For subsequent treatment, 10 to 20 drops of Aesculus Pentarkan should be taken 3-4 times a day.
