All remedies improve the circulation and strength of the heart.
Weak rapid pulse with sweat and fear of death.
Cardiogenic shock with icy cold perspiration and impending respiratory arrest. Syncope and sudden collapse.
Burning in the chest as from glowing coals together with debility and palpitations. Shortness of breath, anxiety. An analeptic in the circulatory collapse together with cold sweat, pallor and cyanosis. Almost imperceptible pulse.
Cardiac insufficiencies with a tendency to shock, mainly due to bacterial toxins. Circulatory disturbances of post-infective genesis.
Almost imperceptible pulse with pallor in the face, cold sweat and nausea.
Total circulatory shock, cold sweat, imperceptible pulse, cold blue hands, fainting on rising (orthostatic).
No Known Side Effects.
In acute myocardial infarction, give without delay the following three remedies: Reckeweg R67, Reckeweg R55, Reckeweg R2.
Alternate the three remedies every 5-10 minutes to begin with, depending on the severity of the case. After that, slowly increase the intervals between administering the alternating treatments to ½ to 1 to 2 hourly.
As the patient improves and there is no further shock, give Reckeweg R3 and alternate with Reckeweg R2 to prevent permanent damage to the myocardium. In circulatory disturbances during menopause, give Reckeweg R10.
In hypotonic cases, alternate Reckeweg R67 with Reckeweg R44.
