Dr. Reckeweg R39 Affections of the abdomen-left side

Reckeweg R39 uses:

Affections of the ovaries (left side), parametria, and annexes. Cysts, inflammation, tumors. Beneficent action in case of inflammation; annexes, salpingitis, parametritis, and cysts of the ovaries. The present remedy should be tried before deciding upon a surgical operation. In cases of bad cicatrizing after an operation and ill-defined affections of the parametrium (left side), Dr. Reckeweg R38 is to be tried if the right side is affected.

Ingredients:

Lachesis:

Lachesis uses convulsive pains in the abdomen (left) with flushing.

Lycopodium Clavatum:

Specific action in convulsive pains located around the descending colon sigmoid (S-Romanum (colon which continues as the rectum.)), arousing fears of cancer that is often all too well-grounded.

Palladium Metallicum:

Palladium Metallicum is acts of cysts of the ovaries and inflammation, acute and chronic.

Saxifraga:

Saxifraga uses specific action in renal calculi (left side). The present remedy's action is directed against affections of the feminine abdomen (left side) when the pains radiate in the upper parts and are eventually accompanied by renal calculi or intestinal pains. These general irritation conditions are echoed as vegetative reflexes throughout the several organs and can contaminate the latter.

Dosage:

As a prolonged cure, three times daily, 11-15 drops in some water before meals will eventually be alternated with other complementary remedies listed under "Remarks." In acute inflammation cases with fever and pains suddenly developing, the same dose every 1-2 hours (possibly in a little warm water).

Simultaneous application of hot poultices, cooked potato poultices, or Psycho-Physical Therapy treatments like short wave rays.

REMARKS:

Although working out of a diagnosis is a very delicate matter for the doctor in attendance with diseases of the feminine abdomen, the present remedy is recommended in case of abdominal ailments (left side) of different nature. If no fundamental change appears, even after alternation with several complementary remedies, the way will remain open to more drastic means.
